Job Responsibilities :
Establish in cooperation with People Department the company’s recruitment policy and selection of new Cabin crew.
Maintain the high operational, safety and efficiency of Cabin crew.
Publish Cabin Safety & Security Directives when necessary with the co-operation of the Chief Pilot Safety & Security.
Recommending to the Director of Flight Operation to call a hearing into the investigation of any accidents, incidents, irregularities and violation of any laid out regulations involving Cabin crew.
Organizing and scheduling line check flights to track the professional standards and the development requirements of his personnel.
Co-coordinating with the Flight Operations Manager and the Administrator Crew Planning & Scheduling the requirements for Cabin crew numbers.
Representing Cabin crew Department in relations with other departments within the company.
Co-coordinating with Maintenance Department in regards to cabin-related issues, such as safety equipment as well as technical installations in the cabin with the aim to enhance passenger safety and comfort.
Co-coordinating supply requirements for in-flight services.
To ensure a smooth administration and operation of the company’s in-flight service in accordance with the company and legal requirement.
To ensure that the mandatory requirements of the Cabin crew are current, renewed or obtained.
To update and to ensure all manuals and instructions used by and related to in-flight services are valid and current.
Planning the Cabin crew training in order to enhance the in-flight service standard.
Timely issuance of the Cabin crew rosters
Monitoring overall processing and action of Cabin crew e-voyage reports.
Liaising with Quality Department pertaining Cabin crew performance and standard. Collecting data and material for updates in the weekly Quality Improvement Forum.
Advising the Director of Flight Operations on in-flight service performance and conduct of Cabin crew.
To plan on Cabin crew Department budgets.
To carry out other duties assigned by the Director of Flight Operations.
To prepare and update all Cabin crew manuals
Qualification :
At least Bachelor Degree in any related filed.
At least 10 years experience in In Flight service.
Excellent command of English communication.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
Strong leadership skill.
Fluent In Flight knowledge.
Airline experiences.
Good administrative skills would be advantage.
Ability to work in flexible time.
