Responsibilities :-
Answer customer calls and deal with them promptly, efficiently and with empathy to ensure a positive experience for our customers.
Provide Software telephone support, analyze the problem and coordinate with the related team to prepare the best solution for customers.
Contribute positively towards the achievement of performance targets in all aspects of the teams’ activities.
Qualifications :-
Thai nationality only
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related fields.
Experience in customer services would be advantage.
Analytical skills, Problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
Excellent customer handling skills with service minded.
Good planning and organization skills.
Good command of Thai and English.
Fluent in computer literacy.
New graduated are welcome.
