I have now cleared all these units from MCLan2.
Could you please arrange for me that the following steps are being done in the exact same order as mentioned below?
- Please fill in the following details for the 1st MCTC: IP-address: 192.168.1.38
Netmask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.1.1

- Please fill in the following details for the 2nd MCTC: IP-address: 192.168.1.39
Netmask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.1.1

- Please fill in the following details for the 3rd MCTC: IP-address: 192.168.1.40
Netmask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.1.1

- Please fill in the following details for the 4th MCTC: IP-address: 192.168.1.41
Netmask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.1.1

After all of the IP-addresses are being re-entered, please reboot all MCTC controllers by means of the main power switch at the bottom.
Once the TC’s are fully rebooted, then please open MCLan2 and click the ‘Add’ button. All units should be shown here now. You can add them one by one.

For the unit that has the lights next to the UTP cable not lid, please re-check the cable connection and see if there is some visual damage to the cables or plugs. If so, please replace.
