Is that the way how admins treat the customer after he topped up so much? It is mean answer saying "Sorry we cant help"!!!!. Why a customer like this spent his hard earn money for this game ,coz he love it and trust the game system that would not let him down. However, I'm shocked looking at the reply statement of the admin to Donkub. What if other topping players have encountered the same situation, would admin reply the same. I'm slightly doubt that it won't be the same. Why the company employ an admin? Isn't it to help customers. I'm very dissappointed. I'm a friend of Donkub and I know how badly he wants to return to the game. Yet,the message of the admins disheartened him and he feel discourage to continue this game. I want the immediate respond from the admin.
