I would like to implement this new feedback card for room service immediately. This card will replace the card that we currently put on the tray that says 'please dial 0 to call the room service to collect the tray'. Some important notes:
1) This card will go on the tray when Room Service brings to the room for every order. If lost card, K. Santi please reconcile what happened.
2) Each Room Service attendant needs to write their own name nicely on the card so they can be recognized by the guest
3) Room Service attendant needs to make sure to collect every card after collecting the trays
4) Each day Duty Manager will scan these cards and send to managers for review to report at the end of room service night shift
5) Each day Duty Manager will help to check that # of feedback cards matches the orders in the POS F&B summary with the matching room numbers and timing at the end of the room service night shift
6) Important: each room service attendant to fill out the internal notes on the backside of the cards (10 questions total for every order)

Please confirm and advise if you have any questions. I believe the concept is very straight fowrard and then you do not need to send separately the logbook as the details are already in these notes. We will work with Room service day shift team to start training them to follow this system and set the target date for Friday, December 4th or earlier to execute.
