Subject to the termination provisions set forth below, this Agreement shall become effective for a definite employment term of 2 years from 1st November 2015 and end on 31st October 2017 (the “Term of Employment”). Subject to working continuously for 1 year 6 months, the Employee agrees that the Employer shall be evaluated the Employee’s performance by the Human Resources Department of the Company or any delegated Human Resources Department of the Company’s affiliate. If the Employee’s performance is satisfactory or up to the expected standard of the Company, the Company will be extended the Term of Employment until 31st October 2018.
