We understand that currently all authorised directors of the company are non-Thai and none of them have Thai work permit. In this case Department of Employment require the authorised director must grant a power of attorney to a Thai staff to sign such application and required supporting documents on behalf of the authorised director. For this such power of attorney must be executed by the authorised director (i.e. any one of the 3 existing directors) as well as notarised by a notary public and certified by the Thai Embassy/Consulate in the foreign country where such authorised director executes the power of attorney. A copy of passport of such authorised director must also be notarised by a notary public and certified by the Thai Embassy/Consulate in that country as well.
