They are rich in vitamin B6 which can help to reduce the likelihood of heart attacks, along with vitamin C which can boost the immune system and improve digestion and blood cell formation.
They are known for their iron content, which helps your body function effectively and also improve your resistance to stress.
Plus, sweet potatoes are relatively inexpensive to buy, making it an accessible choice for us regular folk too.
