Findings, Discussion and Implications for School Leadership
The data analyses and findings from the interviews with the Mauritian principals are categorised under the TQM principles identified in the literature review, which are used as the organising framework to highlight themes. Because of the interdependence of the TQM principle of ‘cultural change’ with the other principles, the data are not analysed separately with reference to cultural change, but are captured and subsumed within the other principles/headings.
