Payments
All bookings made prior to the conference must be paid in full to guarantee registration. Once payment has been received, an email confirmation will be sent. If payment is not made at the time of booking, registration will be provisional. Bookings received less than two weeks before the conference date can only be paid by credit card. All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars. Additional 7% Goods and Services Tax will be applicable on the prices quoted for all delegates. Please note that payment made via credit cards may be subject to a currency conversion surcharge imposed by the respective credit card issuing bank as the transaction currency used by the payment gateway is in US Dollars - please contact your bank to enquire on the applicable rates and charges.
Early Bird Rates
In order to qualify for the 'early bird' rates, booking and payment must be received before the deadline stated on the website.
Substitutions & Cancellations
Delegates may nominate another person from their organisation (at no additional cost) to attend on their behalf up to two weeks prior to the start of the event. Requests for substitutions may be sent via email to rehabtechasia@singex.com. There will strictly be no refunds for any cancellation or no-show.
Alterations to Programme - Cancellation/Postponement of Event
The organiser reserves the right to make alterations to the conference programme, venue, dates and timings of the event at any time and/or to cancel the whole or any part of the event.
Access
RESNA Asia Pacific Conference Pass includes access to the RehabTech Asia Exhibition 2015. RehabTech Asia Exhibition Pass holders are entitled access to the RehabTech Asia Exhibition 2015 only.
