2 Sight the application document to ensure that the candidates have complete documents such as Copy ID ,
Copy census record, Contract, Education certificate, Medical certificate, book bank.
3 Sight the examination test and interview evaluation to ensure that the Company has the recruitment process.
4 Vouch before and after against PND 1.
5 Ensure that the Company recorded to Payroll system with the same date of start date in Employment contract and salary rate agreed to the Contract.
6 Sight to the the document to ensure that the staff inform the company for resignment.
7 Sight to the document to ensure that it was signed by employee and approved by authorization person (Senior Manager, Vice President and Administrative Manager)
8 The Company recorded to Payroll system with the same date of resigned date.
