From the observation they could record the count in document and the truck arrived every 2-5 minutes. NAP staff didn't open the seal lock by himself and every driver they open by themselves.
When the truck parking the driver open the seal lock immediately without waiting from NAP staff.
And quickly took the totes and carton from the truck.
NAP didn't have time to check it fully or not so the new truck parked already.
The first truck he only recorded the count of totes according the document from store but didn't count actual totes.
And I asked him that "Why didn't you count it?", "How did you know it full or not?" and after that he stated to count every totes but he didn't record that time because the driver of the next truck opened seal lock and gived the document already. So NAP staff put the document and recorded after that.
The second truck had over 10 totes he told me but he didn't record in document. And the head maid came to support NAP staffs by the NAP staffs received and counted the totes and informed the head maid to record the count of totes in document.
The third truck had 9 pallets but he did't count it. So I suggest him to recorded every time. And they told me that they never known they must to count the pallets also.
