My son, Mark, who has just finished high school last month, is not going to make it to a university, because he doesn’t study. Academic study is not his learning style. The alternative is to get him to do something he likes. He likes eating western food, especially cheese, but also baking and meat dishes. He said, if he is not going to a university, the next of choice is learning cooking western food. His mother and I would support that idea.
I would appreciate, if you could share with me some advice as to what and where I could send him to become more familiar with western food, and eventually go to a cooking school somewhere. Preferably, I would like to send him to see you, so that you may assess him, whether he could take this path to earn a living as a professional chef like you.
Any practical advice would be greatly appreciated. Remember that we should meet again, before you return to Sweden,
