Being responsible for Customs and BOI Privilege compliance in terms of filing and also in
terms of BOI stock management.
Managing import/export activities to ensure proper and timely material and information flow.
Managing customs brokers to ensure Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets are met and
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are followed.
Working with the central customs team to enforce customs compliance and provide technical
support to his/her team in areas including tariff classification, free trade agreements and
valuations.
Updating the database and information to the TMS system accuracy and in a timely manner.
Ensuring all import and export records are kept appropriately.
Delivering Customs and BOI training to other business functions.
Coordinating with various government authorities, including Customs and import/export
related agencies.
Representing the company and interfacing with Customs and BOI to handle Customs audits
and related technical issues.
Working together with related departments such as PC&L and Finance to reduce costs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain or Foreign Trade Management.
Aged between 30 – 35 years old
at least 3- 5 years’ experience in dealing with Thai Customs and BOI activities as well as import
and export operations.
Experience working with warehouse and in a manufacturing environment.
Communication skills and the ability to deal with government officials and business clients.
Strong supervisory skills, hands-on ability and the ability to work effectively as a member of a
team.
Good command of English, computer software and SAP systems (MS Office, SAP).
