ANALYSIS AND DISCUSSIONS
Findings of Table 1 indicate that most of respondents
integrate TSC business processes with their
customers (Level 2) while merely 14% (17/120) had
fully integrated their TSC business processes with
all key chain members (Level 4). This is in line with
findings of Fawcett and Magnan (2002) discovered
that only 11% of surveyed companies have
comprehensively integrated their SC practices.
