Qualifications
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor's degree in any filed
• 1-2 years of experience in Administrative field
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
• Able to multi-task with positive attitude
• Good command in English both written and spoken is a plus
Responsibilities
• Managing emails and correspondence
• Attending meetings, taking minutes and making reports
• Managing and maintaining budgets, as well as invoicing
• Coordinating with staff in other departments and with external contacts
• Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
• Arranging both in-house and external events
• Assist sales team in preparing related documents
• Supporting day-to-day operation and handling other general office tasks as assigned
