-> Compensation system (bonus, group incentive) that is variable depending on company
performance will be developed after production will start in the near future (by 2017).
No.11; On-the-Job Training (OJT)/Competency Training/Training for Obtaining Skills and
Licenses
-> On-the-Job Training (New hire training, Management orientation program, Bridgestone Essence
training) has already developed.
-> Competency Training will be developed for Thai group companies from TBSC-PS in 1st
half this year (2015).
-> Training/Training for Obtaining Skills and Licenses (Develop business English skills) will be
planned to start, considering the number of employees increasing (by 2017).
