The recent two containers under following two contracts were quite different from the previous shipments. After forming, more than 80% of our products must be chlorinated. We dry chlorinated products at low temperature. The products of the latest two containers turned high sticky rate, higher than 10%, during the drying and it create a great loss with us. We have no idea how to find the difference between these latest two containers & all previous shipments. This week, we found out the sticky problem has been caused by the latex when we tested other latex.
Please check the difference between the latest two & the previous ones. We do not want the same grade as the latest two containers. If you do not supply the same as before, we are not able to depend on your latex because the loss from sticky rate is too huge to bear. The incoming container under contract 2014/133 must be same as before. Otherwise, we get big trouble.

Another bad news to us is 3% duty regardless Form D. From the last container, Vietnam customs house is charging 3% duty to Thailand latex.
