Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp bulgaricus, (108 CFU/ml) Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp lactis (105CFU/ml), Entrococcus facium (108- 109 CFU/ml), lactococcus lactis, (108-109 CFU/ml) Acetic acid bacteria (104-105 CFU/ml) and yeast (106 CFU/ml) were isolated and enumerated from kefir.
