Removal of the solvents under reduced pressure yielded an EtOAcsoluble fraction (24.6 g, 3.1%) and a H2O-soluble fraction (96.6 g, 12.1%).
The H2O-soluble fraction (83.0 g) was separated by reversed-phase silica gel column chromatography [2.0 kg, H2O f MeOH-H2O (60:40) f MeOH] to give six fractions
