the Romanian tourism must realize an analysis of the quality of the activity they developed. This quality analysis represents the starting point in the improvement of the organization strategic leadership. The purpose of the analysis has the following aspects: • the establishment of the level of quality of services; • the formulation of the basic decisions for the improvement of the tourist services and products offered; • the awareness of the organization strengths and weaknesses; • gathering ideas and planning specific measures in order to increase the quality of the entire activity. The improvement of the quality of the tourist services is correlated with an improvement of the management of the organizations involved in Romanian tourism. This is possible by applying a quality services management which should have among its concerns the following aspects: • awareness of the tourists' expectations; • maintenance of the buildings and of the decorations, as well as of the utilities; • increase of the tourists’ satisfaction;
