At Vietnam Competition Authority (VCA) we do the consumer complaints handling as follows:
- Consumers send their complaint documents to the VCA. - The VCA verifies the complaint details and facts. If the complaint is valid (based on Law on Protection of Consumers’ rights), the VCA will resolve within 15 working days. In case of invalid, an additional requirements will be made. The consumer is obliged to complete documents within 5 working days after receiving the request notice.่
