1. Plan and develop system and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department.
2. Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
3. Perform recruitment in accordance with company policies and procedure.
4. Manage the procurement process.
5. Manage on the job training in accordance with company policies and procedure.
6. Provide historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
7. Develop manpower planning by coordinating with other section.
8. Build regulations, planning related to the use of property, equipment company.
9. Support other section for managing of personnel and perform all HR function including HR management and HR development a bridge between the management and workers in the company.
