-AVOID SPEAKING FOR OTHERS-don’t assume that you know other people’s thoughts or feelings. Ask them.
-BE CLEAR AND DIRECT-speak in words that people will understand
-DON’T PUT PEOPLE DOWN-avoid saying negative things to other people
-ASK QUESTIONS-WHO, WHAT, WHERE, HOW?
