) Wallpaper Voucher:
This is the agreement that Hcondo has promised to provide the wallpaper voucher. If Hcondo cannot do so, please deduct the amount from the transfer fee.
I have contacted Hcondo manager (she is in the email loop) and she told me that she has discussed with her boss and agreed on the wallpaper compensation. Please kindly check with her and tell me how we can close this issue.
2) Transfer fee:
It is possible to do the transfer only if the room is done up and no fault. I have no confidence in Hcondo after several trauma with C21 management.
To date, I have no idea when the room is going to complete. The promotion of one year free management is attractive but I cant simple do the transfer without the room being completed and wallpaper compensation being settled
PS: I am tired of C21 non-English speaking staff. They are simply useless and not helpful at all
