I have also attached the technical specs for the 365 coconut water. Whole Foods' QA team is asking what could cause the difference in brix and pH levels for Tipco (brix 5.8-6.2, pH 5.0-5.6) versus Thai Coconut (brix 5.0-6.0, pH 5.0-5.3. Is there an adequate explanation?
