Stock
All cancelled and overstock must be added to the invoicing AW13 system and then boxed and sealed ready to send to UK, once this stock has been added, i will link both the web system and this system together.
Once the link has been created it will be extremely easy to find out if there is stock that in thee boxes that can be used for WEB orders, and if the stock is found then we must get this stock out of the boxes and also remove it from the system.
reasons for cancelled stock
there are many reasons why a customer may chose to cancel their order, from November to Jan we had an agreement with PAYPAL, that every customer who's order is older than 30 days will be automatically cancelled and refunded, this is one major reason for the cancellation of stock during that period - however, since Jan we no longer have this agreement and the main reason is that orders are being delivered late.
Responsibilities
it is the responsibility of Ploy/Fah to update ALL overstock and web cancel stock into the system, i have taught how to do this and there should not be any problems or misunderstanding about this, this is clear.
Finding stock from system for web orders, at this moment i would like to discuss this with all of you to determine who's responsibility it should be to find the stock in the web orders, either Beer, ploy/fah or Tent....we can discuss this.
