God has planted seeds of victory in your mind. When you meditate on His goodness, knowing that He is for you and has a good plan for you, those seeds will spring forth. You will see yourself as He sees you, capable of overcoming anything that stands in your way!
In the book of Genesis, when Moses died and Joshua took over as the leader of the Israelites, I can imagine that Joshua must have been a little intimidated. After all, Moses was the man who led the Israelites out of captivity, parted the Red Sea, and drew water from a rock. No pressure for Joshua, huh?
When it was time for Joshua to step into his leadership role, God spoke to him and said, “Move forward, I will be with you.” Joshua made the choice to press past the fear that was trying to paralyze him and steal his victory. Even though he may have felt inadequate, he took action and moved forward to receive the blessings that awaited him.
I have a plaque hanging in my house that says in big, black letters, “Move forward, I will be with you.” Those words live with me. I think about those words whenever fear threatens to paralyze me. I pray that those same words touch your heart and inspire you to press past anything that holds you back.
Remember today, there are blessings that await you when you make the choice to take a step of faith and move forward!
We walk by faith and not by sight. (2 Corinthians 5:7, NKJV)
