Table 7 presents the percentage of the writing process. As can be seen, all
the respondents agreed that thinking of the purpose of the message before writing
is important, at 58.8%. Moreover, they also focused on the information included in
their message, as that was critical for e-mail communication, representing 58.2%.
Plain English is an essential part of writing process that all the respondents agreed
with at 58.8%. The last one at a high percentage was finding words that can
communicate well, accounting for 58.2%. However, the respondents did not
concentrate on correction of grammar and usage, which is shown in the undecided
percentage of 31.8%. Obviously, all the respondents strongly agreed with
reviewing the e-mail message before sending, accounting for 92.3%.
