1. We need 13 twin sharing rooms and 4 single occupancy rooms
2. Check in on 17th January 2014 early morning and check out on 19th January 2014
3. Airport pick up required on 17th early morning – after check in & Break fast - sight seeing outside the city for the whole day with Lunch / Dinner
4. 18th Jan require conference hall in `U’ shape to accommodate 15-20 members with tea/coffee cookies from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
5. Also require white screen with projector, podium mike and cordless mike with pen, note , pencils etc
6. Would like to have Cocktail dinner in the conference hall or in the pool side after the meeting around 7.30 pm.
7. Would be nice if you could arrange some background music
8. 19th Jan – Free day after breakfast.
9. 19th evening – check out with airport drop
