To take care of customers Air Freight
- To gain more new customers and manage the existing customers
- To prepare quotation for customers
- To achieve the target / budget assignment
- To visit customers regularly as per Sales policy and submit report on time
- Update knowledge of customer’s needs and requirements the business situation, their market/industry
information, their buying and sourcing patterns (booking prospects), pricing policies, competitor’s
activities, customer’s allocation etc.
- Review customer’s feedback on service quality
- Update on company policy and act on conference initiatives when appropriate
- Ensure customer’s complains are promptly addresses and corrected by discussion with concerned
parties
