The
fraction eluted with MeOH (1.95 g) afforded atisonium chloride
78 (1.3 g) after crystallization from EtOAc-MeOH (9:1). The
acid aqueous phase was neutralized to pH 7 and extracted with
CHCl3 to give a crude material (9.5 g).
