Hotline will be set up at the Nidec headquarters in Japan and each of the 5 geographic areas.
Hotline will be available to all employees of the NIDEC Group and employees will be informed of the manner for using the system.
Hotline will be available at least in English and Japanese.
An operation manual will be prepared in English to address the protection of reporting employees, the treatment of reported information, the method for investigation and other matters.
Investigations will be led by the relevant compliance officer and the manner for addressing the relevant matter will be determined by the NIDEC headquarters compliance committee.
