In order to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, we would like to ask you to please propose a suitable alternative accommodation for our mutual guest(s). To minimise the possible inconvenience, we recommend that the suggested accommodation is as close as possible to your property, and that it is of a similar or higher standard and star rating.
If the guest agrees to your proposal and there is any difference in the rate, we will request that you please take care of any extra costs directly with the alternate accommodation.
Please contact us as soon as possible with the details of your proposed alternate accommodation, preferably within the next 2 hours, so that we can update the guest with a solution.

If you are unable to propose an alternative within this time frame, we will find a replacement accommodation for the guest(s). We always do our best to find an accommodation within the same price range as the original reservation. If this is not possible, we will compensate the guest for any rate increase associated with the new reservation. Please be aware that we may send you an invoice for this amount.
Please also note that the reservation remains commissionable, as mentioned in the Booking.com terms and conditions.
