Sea urchins fed with Porphyra sp. and G. chilensis had the largest diameters (11.69±0.19 and 10.79±0.22mm, respectively)
and were significantly larger than urchins fed all other foods (Tukey's
test, P b 0.05). M. pyrifera and the control treatment produced the
lowest values (7.47 ± 0.16 and 4.88 ± 0.14 mm, respectively).
