Dear Amp,
We tasted the Vanilla Coffee samples made in November yesterday. The flavor is fine, however, there is still some emulsifier problem.
Please find attached photos. As you can see, the cream mass can not be solved after we put the products in refrigerator and even after we shake it pretty well before drinking. In the other hand, the same batch of samples we put in room temperature does not show this situation.
Could you please help to solve this problem? This is the only problem of vanilla coffee. Others are all perfect with your hard working. Once the emulsifier issue can be solve, the product quality will be more excellent!
