Conditions of the entrepreneurial commitment
As is frequently the case in a process of change, two conditions will be considered essential for commitment to occur. First, the venture creation action must be preferred, and second, resistance to change must be overcome. In both cases, of course, these are individual perceptions, and there may be some significant cognitive biases in estimating the risks, among other things. The desirability of entrepreneurial action involves psychological and social aspects as well as financial ones.
