Incorporation is not finalized until MOLHR approval is
entered in the public register by the Court of Justice, and
a notice published in the State Gazette. Care must be
taken during this establishment phase, as the directors will
be jointly and severally liable on a personal basis for their
dealings with third parties.
The Deed of Establishment can be drafted by a lawyer or
a notary, and a notary public will attend to the requisite
approvals and registrations.
