We shall allocate every team member to handle the email response. I would suggest to enforce the policy which CS should picked up all emails which received within their duty hours before they called it a day. With this, we can eliminate the workload being carried forward and burdened to the next shift people which is unnecessary. However, the policy can be practised in flexible manner, which next shift people can helped up if the volume piled up expectedly or shortage of manpower for the shift.
CS should be rotated for the email handling in daily or weekly basis whichever is comfortable to the team. As long as not the certain 'appointed' person to handle the task. All daily routine should be allocated equally among the team.
