Discriminative testing (15-cm line scale) was performed by 9 panelists in triplicate on three different days. All panelists were of Asian ethnicity with CSB as part of the diet. Training was provided at the beginning of the first evaluation session. The evaluation form with a list of line scales were given to each personnel (Supplementary Table 1). Panelists were given all six samples with randomized numbers at the same time. Steaming was done just before the evaluation session. The distances from the left end of the scales were measured for statistical analysis.
