Let's discuss about reports.
My idea is that teachers report verbally to Yoko as part of training and supervision and once/week Yoko and Jane meet so Jane gets an update.
Yoko presents a training plan to Dick and Nam.
Jane sends weekly reports as discussed in emails yesterday.
WE three communicate by email daily if needed. I don't need formal reports but real updates about problems.
On 14 we develop a plan and schedule for fact finding (with Jane).
