1. NPC submitted pdf file of quotation B4E revision 4 (here in after referred to as the Quotation) and excel file of price schedule. The excel file is the original file of the 1) Annexure Table Price Schedule of the Quotation.
2. GRAND TOTAL (SUBCONTRACT PRICE) is THB 10,611,820 for WPS15 (3rd page of the Quotation) and THB 9,728,180 for WPS16 (5th page of the Quotation). Sum of WPS15 and WPS16 is THB 20,340,000.
3. 11th page of the Quotation; Finally NPC agreed to withdraw this commercial deviation to Scope of Work 1.1.3.2 regarding welding rod.
4. 13th page of the Quotation; TNS will verify this commercial deviation regarding unit rate for change / extra work. (Action by Nirut san)
5. 15th, 16th, 17th page of the Quotation: TNS will verify this commercial deviation regarding Attachment2 Unit Rate for Change and Extra Work_20160905. (Action by Nirut san)
6. TNS and NPC confirmed that in case of work volume change for the reason attributable to TNS, compensation shall be considered using unit rate provided in the 1) Annexure Table Price Schedule of the Quotation.
7. The meaning of Remarks provided at the bottom of 1) Annexure Table Price Schedule of the Quotation was clearly explained by TNS, and NPC fully understood and agreed to the contents of the Remarks.
8. 19th page of the Quotation: NPC explained that this is a NEW commercial deviation to scope of work appendix D page 8 regarding consumable. TNS will check the Argon gas cost of their operation and Argon gas cylinder rack cost. (Action by Nirut san)
