-Focus on IP Products in Raisecom;
-Carry out intense testing to certify suitability and readiness for deployment of solution;
-Work with sales manager to conduct network and solution audits or assessment;
-Provide onsite/online support, troubleshooting, implementation and rollout;
-Perform problems replication and product faults identification;
-Handle/translate various levels of documentations and knowledge if necessary;
-Interact with external and internal customer(s) during various stages of support and implementation;
-Travel to other Thai cities may be required.
