The results of study showed that the overall of job satisfaction was at high level. But after considering the opinions of respondents about the factors which affect to the compensation and benefits that showed the company should be adjusted in the following matter more, such as overtime, allowance values based on rights, the welfare enough needs of employees so that employees are satisfied, in order to increase performance.
