Although participationinthestudywasvoluntaryandnoothercontactstrategywasemployed,357 useablequestionnaires were returned.Thisrendereda response rate ofapproximately 36 percent.Atotalof14caseswithmissingdatawerelaterdroppedfromsomeoftheplanned analyses. All analyses were performed using SPSS (Version 16.0).
