1. The registration fee is a once only non - refundable payment when a place is offered. This must be paid prior to addmission or within 2 weeks, whichever comes first. The offer of a place at Australian International School will lapse at the due date if no payment has been received and may be given to other students on our waiting list.
2. The tuition fee is payable on a term basis.(3 terms per academic year) Invoices are sent out in advance of the new term. Payment is to be made by the deadline stated on the invoice(s).
3. Overdue payment. A late fee of 200 Baht per day past the due date on invoice(s) will be added to the total due on the invoice.
4. Method of payment. Payment should be made in BAHT. All fees should be paid by crossed cheque (A/C payee only) or by cashiers

5. Please note that if payments are made by bank transfer or credit card,there will be an additional charge made to cover the bank costs.
If paying by bank transfer, please provide bank transcation details and documentation to the school for receipt purposes.
6. School fee refund. Please note that no refunds are available on tuition and registration fees.
7. Afternoon Activities operated by BMAS and AISB are optional. A fee is charged dependant on the activity/activities chosen.
8. Credit card service available at AISB.There will be an extra charge 2 % for service.
9. School bus policy: Please note that if your child is absent during school days there will be no refund or credit service available.
