Learning from the Health Assessment. The knowledge gained can be used to assess the health status of the patients in the hospital. Using the skills of history taking, physical examination and interview the laboratory follows :
History taking is a compilation of information we will need to use observation skills. Communication, discussion using questions that patients have the opportunity to tell of the history of their illness. Build a relationship with patients. Steps on how to interview a patient's health conditions.
- Greeting the patient and establishing rapport

Physical examination is fundamental to patient history taking with. Which is very useful because it helps to diagnose the disease and the differential diagnosis to help take your skills to look, listen, feel, tapping in to assess patient health condition.
The lab is to make a diagnosis with the medical and scientific information to help confirm clinical diagnosis of the doctor. Help your doctor's diagnosis and treatment methods to help evaluate the side effects

I have the impression in classroom teaching and learning, health and skills assessment, do I have the skills to make a normal or abnormal organs, body parts and can use these learning experiences in the hospital.
