• Recruit and select the appropriate candidate as required and/or headcount plan from both internal and external sources; screen resumes, interview, assess and maintain files or external applicants.
• Guidance and lead Hiring manager for Interview Assessment, how to do competencies based interview.
• Coordinate internal job postings and transfers or promotion programs.
• Conduct initial interviews of selected candidates to ensure that only qualified candidates are referred for Line Managers interviewing.
• Plan new hire procedure including checking references, pre-employment check-up and extend offers to selected candidates.
• Keep confidentially of information in related areas such as wages and salaries, employee benefits, and general personnel practices.
• Ensure that recruiting and hiring activities are in compliance with governmental regulations and organizational policies and procedures
• Prepare Monthly Recruitment and Fluctuation Report
