Core Accountabilities
GENERAL
Delivers country specific HR strategies that drive intended business results
Provides coaching to leaders to enable high performing teams
Brokers HR Shared services and COE support
Manages specific projects as necessary and participates in functional and cross functional initiatives
Works effectively across multiple business entities in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders
CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Able to apply change management principles to influence and lead others
Monitors the pulse and health of the business; assesses systemic organizational needs of the business; creates local action plans and facilitates change
REWARDS & RECOGNITION
Manages the organization wide performance rewards processes including 2x pay and annual performance reviews
Understands total compensation philosophy and is able to influence managers in compensation decisions, provide advice and support to attract and retain top talent
Ensures reward programs are aligned to Total Rewards principles and are clearly understood by employees
WORKFORCE PLANNING
Supports business strategy and fuels growth by providing accurate workforce data and executing quarterly workforce planning reports
Stewards data accuracy
TALENT MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT
Executes talent strategies aligned to business plans across all entities (talent development, talent planning)
In partnership with Talent Acquisition helps business to identify, acquire and on-board external talent
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
In partnership with Employee relations, resolves client queries and issues as appropriate; works with ER as they manage investigations
OFFICE OPERATIONS
Manage all aspects related to transportation and LO visitors (policy implementation – visitor registration – local transportation/accommodations)
Ensure the efficient operation of building/ premise management and office maintenance including lease agreement, office renovation, office cleanliness etc.
Crisis Management Lead – primary point of communication for issues related to Crisis Management (Flooding / Political Disturbances)
Performance management oversight of staff of 7 – including LO Admin Support / Receptionist / Office Staff (maid – driver)
Preferred Qualifications/Experience
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 8-10 years directly relevant work experience
HR background with exposure/experience in all aspects of HR including: organizational design and development; performance/compensation management; employee relations; training and development; talent management
Proven ability to work with, inspire and create consensus with a group to cooperatively achieve a common goal
Experience supporting large-scale organizational change
Comfortable working across multiple business entities in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders and able to manage multiple seemingly competing priorities
Experience with managing office operations e.g. travel and facilities management
Ability to understand local employment laws and their impact to the business
Organizational diagnostic skills and problem solving skills
Strong influencing skills
Demonstrates high level ability to be confidential with sensitive information
