A. Adequacy of Emergency Response Communications (telephones, radios, plant PA,
off site notification, etc)

1. Walkie –Talkie to be available for Emergency case. To be identified number and who will use.
2. Megaphone not available
3. Communication procedure and the flow should be clearly developed. Identify all stakeholder involved in ERP and need of communication.
4. Alarm activation empowerment procedure should be developed and communicated to all personnel onsite.
5. Guideline for barricading of scenario should be developed.


B. Incident Command Structure ( procedures, set up, search/rescue, roadblocks,
hot zone activities)

consequence analysis (since very close to tanker)
2. Procedure to manage integrity of suits (Fire and Chemical) should be adopted
and it should focus on quality of suit, life of suit and usability of suit, fitness of
users and size of suits.
3. Fire extinguishers and emergency response equipment's should be regularly checked for accessibility.



E. Decontamination Procedures and Equipment

1. Drainage system Outlet valves condition should be meticulously managed to avoid flow of chemical in storm water drainage system in case of leakage.
2. Site should review ERP in case of chemical leak during unloading / loading
operation.
3. Command procedure to close drainage valve should be reviewed
